For a new mould, a quotation or a free DFM review, please send what you have: a 3D model (STEP or IGES) or a 2D drawing, the moulding material and grade, the expected annual volume, and the press you plan to use if you know it. For a mould repair, send photos of the mould and of the defective parts, and tell us what has changed since the mould last ran well. All drawings are kept confidential, and we sign an NDA on request.

You are welcome to visit our tool room in MIDC Ahilyanagar to see your mould being built or to discuss a project in person. Please message us first so the right engineer is available.

  3. Quotation. Mould price, steel and a lead time we commit to.
  4. Mould build. Typically 6–8 weeks, with progress updates.
  5. Trial and handover. Trial and first-off parts for your approval.
